New Wordpress Theme

Just finished redesigning my personal blog, geotravel.ca, with a fresh new Wordpress theme. This design was started in Photoshop and then painstakingly cut, cropped and molded into the sight it is now. The project took about 3 weeks from start to finish. This includes the reediting of all the blog images to fit the new format and style use. There are several custom php scripts written to generate photo gallery’s for each post, if one exists.

All in all a great project.

New Disign and Direction

While we will still be keeping up with the projects we are currently involved in, Host Mechanics is shifting it’s direction and is becoming more and more a web design studio.

We now specialize in creating Wordpress powered sites we develop and design custom clean, elegant looking Wordpress templates for a nominal fee. Also in an effort to get our name out there, and preview the top quality work we do we will be offering up some free templates for download as well.
